1. About us

Beautify Essentials is a home textiles and décor retailer based in Accra, Ghana. We operate at beautifyessentials.com and deliver within Greater Accra Metropolitan.

2. Orders and pricing

• All prices are quoted in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Prices may change without notice. The price at the time of your order is final.
• Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we confirm it.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurred.

3. Delivery

• Delivery is available within Greater Accra Metropolitan area only.
• Delivery fees are quoted per order after placement and must be approved by you before your order is confirmed.
• Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Payment

• We accept card, mobile money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo Money), bank transfer, and — for Accra orders — cash or mobile money on delivery.
• Payments are processed securely through Paystack. We do not store card numbers, mobile money PINs, or OTPs.
• All amounts are in Ghana Cedis (GH₵).

5. Returns and cancellations

Returns and problem reports (damaged, incorrect items) must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.

6. Product descriptions

We make every effort to describe our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly due to photography and screen calibration. Dimensions given are approximate.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Ghanaian law, Beautify Essentials is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the order in question.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Ghanaian courts.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be indicated by the “Last updated” date above.
