• Your delivery address
• Your order history and order status
• If you opt in: your preference to receive marketing updates

We do not collect or store payment card numbers, mobile money PINs, or OTPs. All payment processing is handled securely by Paystack, our payment gateway partner.

2. How we use your data

• To process and fulfil your orders
• To communicate order status updates and delivery information
• To handle returns, complaints, or customer service requests
• To send marketing communications, only if you have opted in

3. Data sharing

We share only the minimum personal data necessary with third parties who help us operate:

• Paystack — for payment processing (subject to Paystack's own privacy policy)
• Courier partners — your name and delivery address are shared to fulfil delivery

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

4. Data retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Order records are retained for a minimum of five years for accounting and legal purposes.

Under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data
• Withdraw marketing consent at any time
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations)
